International Shipping
Price on application for all International freight/shipping costs. We will endeavour to find the most costs effective method of shipping to meet your needs.
Some countries may charge additional taxes or import duty on items. We are unable to advise of these additional costs and are not held responsible for any additional costs incurred.
Effective 22 November 2010, all parcels greater that 453 grams (16 ounces) bound for the United
States (and associated territories and open transit countries) will be subject to tighter aviation security
Measures introduced by the US government. A $9.00 surcharge will be applied to all parcels destined
for these countries.

Why have these restrictions been introduced?
Australia Post has been advised by the Transport Security agencies in the US of the introduction of heightened
border protection and increased aviation security measures which have a direct impact on our delivery to those
countries.
Can I still send mail to the United States?
Yes, all mail will be delivered, but the delivery time may be longer.
Why has Australia Post introduced a surcharge on parcels being sent to the United States?
The increased border protection and aviation security measures have a direct impact on Australia Post’s
Processes. The new measures have increased the costs associated with screening and transport, and as a result a surcharge on international parcels bound for the United States has been applied.
Will my mail arrive in the United States by Christmas?
The delivery time for parcels is likely to be longer than normal, so we advise customers sending parcels to the United States for Christmas to lodge their items as soon as possible. Australia Post is working hard to meet the demands of the increased security measures, whilst maintaining a focus on timely mail delivery.
Delays
BBS shall not be liable for any costs, losses or damages caused by any delays in shipping which are beyond the reasonable control of BBS, including but not limited to strikes, lockouts or other labour difficulty, inability to obtain any necessary materials, equipment, facilities or services, power or water shortage, accidents or breakdowns of plant, machinery, software, hardware or communication network.
Delivery Address
BBS will ship Orders to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of placing your order. Please ensure you provide the correct delivery details. BBS will not be responsible for re-shipping Orders delivered to the incorrect address or returned to sender.
